Practitioner input and public finance research help identify important problems and test whether there is meaningful demand—not simply a novel technology.
Build practical evidence
Development and pilot design examine feasibility, usefulness, and adoption. Decision gates allow GovFi to narrow, change, or stop work as evidence develops.
Commit selectively
GovFi may invest and support commercialization when an opportunity demonstrates value and a credible path to market. Not every idea proceeds to investment.

GovFi Solutions, Inc. is a for-profit subsidiary of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA). GovFi operates as a separate corporation governed by its own board of directors.
GovFi investments, partnerships, and commercial relationships do not constitute GFOA endorsement unless expressly stated by GFOA. An inquiry does not create an investment commitment or establish an offering.
How an inquiry works
